SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, Vermont State Police were dispatched to a report of a motor vehicle off the roadway in the area of US Route 7 and Jackson Cross Road in the Town of Pownal.
Upon arrival to the scene, State Police located a vehicle which had slowly driven into a ditch. The female operator of the vehicle, Katolik Racette displayed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested for DUI #1.
Racette was transported to the Shaftsbury State Police Barracks for processing and later released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on 06/24/2023 at 0815 hours for the above offense.
